Playful fintech with bold shapes and color
Financial infrastructure platforms that had to build developer trust AND consumer trust simultaneously. #012E37 deep teal as the specific shade where finance and warmth intersect. Extreme -3.4px heading letter-spacing that compresses Inter into proprietary-feeling type. The layered soft shadow tradition that signals premium without flashiness.
20px radius creates generously rounded containers that make financial data feel less intimidating. #012E37 deep teal accent is sophisticated enough for finance while being warmer than typical fintech blue. Layered soft shadows with subtle surface noise add tactile polish to every card. Inter at 500 weight with Inter mono creates a single-family consistency that feels unified. #111111 border on white creates bold card outlines that organize information clearly.
Fintech API platforms where playful branding differentiates from staid competitors. Banking integration dashboards with connection status displays. Financial data aggregation products targeting developer teams. B2B fintech landing pages where approachability lowers integration anxiety.
Your brand needs sharp, data-dense layouts. 20px radius and playful shaping waste space on rounded corners. You need a dark mode product. The bold teal-on-white palette depends on the light background for its energy. Your users expect traditional financial interfaces. The rounded, playful shapes may undermine perceived seriousness.
One teal to break the silence.
White background with the most interesting accent in fintech: #012E37. Near-black teal. It's simultaneously dark, colorful, and trustworthy. Buttons and interactive elements in this color feel like something you'd find on a luxury credit card. Dark borders (#111111) add structural crispness.
The gradient steals the show. Blue to teal to electric mint, sweeping at -210 degrees. It turns hero sections into visual events. Against the white canvas, those gradient elements pop like stained glass windows in a white room. The layered soft shadows add gentle depth. Not dramatic. Just enough to make gradient cards feel like they're hovering slightly above the page.
That's Tapestry's actual job.
Tapestry wraps complex financial data in an interface that feels like discovery, not obligation.
Turn your ideas into polished interfaces without burning weeks on design decisions.
Paired with Geist.
Inter at 500 for headings with extreme -3.4px letter-spacing. This is the tightest tracking in any fintech seed. Headlines nearly collapse into ligatures at large sizes. The effect is sculptural. Words become shapes. Combined with the 1.12 heading line height, multi-line headings stack tight and elegant. Like a poster for a financial product, not a dashboard.
Body text at 400 with 20px base size and 1.34 line height. Generous. Every paragraph feels substantial. The larger base size means body text commands respect. In a system with this much whitespace (that 164px section padding), big body text fills the space confidently instead of rattling around in it.
With Tapestry, it isn't.
The editorial warmth of Tapestry's reading layouts makes transaction histories feel like a narrative you want to follow.
Tapestry's physical language.
Twenty-pixel radius is bold for fintech. Most financial products stay under 12. Tapestry goes to 20 because it's playing a different game. The large radius says "we're the friendly fintech." Combined with the 2px small radius on detail elements, there's a deliberate contrast between big soft containers and tiny sharp components. That scale play adds visual interest throughout the interface.
The warmth fits the screen.
Tapestry keeps its playful financial energy intact on mobile, where most people actually manage their money.
Tapestry's invisible layer.
Subtle layered shadows at 8% opacity. Barely there. The lift hover effect makes cards rise gently on interaction. The bouncy easing (spring overshoot on hover-in) adds a playful quality to what would otherwise be a standard lift. Shadow focus style on interactive elements means the system communicates through depth rather than color on focus. Smooth motion. Everything moves at a pace that feels considered, not hurried. Like a financial institution that takes its time because it can afford to.
111 design decisions that all agree with each other. Made for you to use in an instant.

Shipwreck turns your git push into a production deploy in 11 seconds. Zero config, infinite scale, and an interface that doesn’t look like a spreadsheet.
Trusted by teams at
Link your GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket in two clicks. We scan your tech stack instantly.
Our high-speed runners build your app in isolated containers. No cold starts, just speed.
Your app is pushed to 300+ edge locations globally. Sub-10ms latency for every user.
A dashboard built for developers who hate dashboards. No fluff, just the metrics that matter for your application health.
Shipwreck is the first platform that actually stays out of my way. It feels like I’m writing code directly to the browser.
The speed is actually offensive. I push a commit and before I can switch tabs, the preview link is already in Slack.
We migrated 400 microservices in a weekend. Our dev team might actually like me now. Highly recommended.
Start for free, grow until you’re a unicorn.
Absolutely not. We run our own bare-metal orchestration layer built specifically for high-frequency deployments. While we leverage cloud partners for edge nodes, the core engine is pure Shipwreck engineering.
11-second deploys. Automatic rollbacks. Zero YAML. Start free, no credit card.
