Inter at weight 500 for headings. The medium weight creates a subtle hierarchy. Not bold, not regular. Just enough emphasis to separate section titles from content without shouting. Body text at weight 400 with 1.43 line-height is pure utility. Readable at 14px base size. Compact at every breakpoint.
The normal letter-spacing on headings is a deliberate non-choice. No compression, no expansion. Just the font at its natural width. In a tool-focused interface, typography should be invisible. It should deliver information, not personality.

Shortcut's physical language.
Eight-pixel radius. Developer tool standard. The 16px glass blur at 0.8 opacity creates a frosted surface effect that adds depth without shadows. Elements feel like they're sitting on translucent panels. That glass treatment is the one premium detail in an otherwise minimal system.
