Gen Z bold with playful rebellion
Chartreuse (#A39701) as the accent color that refuses to be the same blue everyone else chose. Sticker culture, thrift store tags, and the flat bold geometry of skate deck graphics. The generation that treats commerce as self-expression and resents the brands that don't. Large 21px radius on everything, as if every element is a badge pinned to a jacket.
Chartreuse accent (#A39701) is deliberately unusual, standing out from standard brand palettes. Medium weight (500) for both heading and body creates uniform boldness throughout. Extra-large 21px radius makes every element feel like a pill badge or tag. Scale hover effect gives interactions a playful, mobile-native physicality. No shadows create a flat, sticker-like aesthetic that matches Gen Z visual culture.
Gen Z consumer brands with bold, trend-forward identity. Jewelry, accessories, and fashion DTC brands targeting young adults. Social commerce platforms where personality drives conversion. Creator economy products with rebellious, anti-corporate energy.
Your brand targets millennials or older. The Gen Z visual codes feel forced for mature audiences. You need traditional e-commerce trust signals. The rebellious palette undermines institutional credibility. Your product handles money or sensitive data. The playful chartreuse accent doesn't signal security.
One gold to break the silence.
White background with a bright lemon-yellow surface and accent. That yellow (#A39701 as accent, #FEEE35 as surface) is not a highlight color. It's the brand. Entire cards and sections turn yellow. Against white, it creates a pop-art energy that reads young, bold, and playful.
The dark border and text (#313131) provide just enough contrast to keep things readable. Black text on yellow is one of the highest-contrast combinations possible. It's the same reason taxis and warning signs use it. Impossible to miss. Pierce takes that utility and turns it into style.
Yellow is a strategy, not a choice.
Pierce's pop-art energy and compressed headlines create an interface that your users will recognize in a screenshot and describe to their friends.
Paired with Geist.
Inter at 500 weight for both headings and body. That medium weight is an interesting choice. Not light enough to feel delicate. Not bold enough to feel aggressive. It's a weight that feels casual and confident. Like a handwritten note from someone with good handwriting.
The positive letter-spacing on headings (1px) opens the type up slightly, giving headlines a fashion-editorial quality. It's the kind of tracking you see on luxury streetwear brands. Not tight. Not wide. Just enough space to feel intentional. The 1.31 body line-height keeps paragraphs compact and punchy.
Maximum visibility. Minimum noise.
Pierce's black-on-yellow typography and medium-weight body text create some of the most legible reading conditions on the web.
Design tokens that give your product a point of view. Not just colors and fonts. Personality.
Pierce's physical language.
Twenty-one pixel radius on containers is generous and bubbly. It reads young and approachable. But the 2px on small elements adds a surprising sharpness at the detail level. Those tiny, almost-sharp interactive elements against the bubbly containers create a tension that feels Gen Z. Not one thing. Not the other. Both at once.
In the best possible way.
Pierce's whole personality lives in its color, which means every element scales to mobile perfectly, because bold doesn't need pixels to be bold.
Production-ready tokens for every project.
Pierce's invisible layer.
No shadows, no gradients, no effects. Pure flat design where color does all the heavy lifting. The scale hover effect is playful. Elements grow slightly when you hover, like they're excited to be touched. That animation personality matches the visual personality. Everything in this system has the same energy: bold, warm, unapologetic.
111 design decisions that all agree with each other. Made for you to use in an instant.

A dashboard built for developers who hate dashboards. No fluff, just the metrics that matter for your application health.
Shipwreck is the first platform that actually stays out of my way. It feels like I’m writing code directly to the browser.
The speed is actually offensive. I push a commit and before I can switch tabs, the preview link is already in Slack.
We migrated 400 microservices in a weekend. Our dev team might actually like me now. Highly recommended.

Absolutely not. We run our own bare-metal orchestration layer built specifically for high-frequency deployments. While we leverage cloud partners for edge nodes, the core engine is pure Shipwreck engineering.
