The electric cyan (#00B3EE) is not a pastel. It is not a tint. It is a full-saturation brand color used as a page background, and it announces itself immediately. White cards on this background are not neutral — they become product moments, the place the eye wants to rest after the blue.
The near-black navy accent (#171722) does something unusual: it creates authority without coldness. Against the blue, it reads as night sky. Against the white cards, it reads as a luxury button. Outfit at heavy weight (700) throughout. Both heading and body. This is a uniform typographic system where the font carries all the personality and the weight variation creates hierarchy instead. Headings at 700 with tight 1.0 line-height create compact impactful statements. Body at 700 is heavier than most systems but on a bright blue background, you need the weight to compete.
The 0.8px heading letter-spacing is a deliberate push outward. It opens the heading slightly, giving each letter its own space on the electric canvas. The result feels like packaging copy — confident and short, never expository.

White product cards on a cyan canvas create immediate visual separation that product photography benefits from and timid competitors avoid.
Lagoon's physical language.
Standard 10px card radius with sharp 2px button radius creates a deliberate tension. The cards are rounded and welcoming. The buttons are nearly flat and direct. This gap says the brand is approachable in presentation but precise in action. The pill-shaped XL radius appears on tags and badges, rounding out the system with moments of softness.

Two-layer soft shadows give white surface cards subtle definition against the blue canvas. The ring shadow creates a faint border effect without needing a visible border. Smooth motion at 0.2s ease-in-out. The hover lift effect lets product cards respond with motion that feels as confident as the palette.
