Dark bold fitness energy with premium weight
The monochrome of a cycling kit: black, white, and nothing else on the road at 6am. The Inter 600/300 weight pairing as a visual cadence, heavy then light, push then recover. The design tradition of equipment that doesn't need color to signal its seriousness. Inset borders that suggest track lines, structural and directional without decoration.
Black accent on white creates maximum contrast for bold fitness energy. No shadows and flat surfaces keep the focus on imagery and content. Inter at weight 600 heading with 300 body creates light-heavy tension. 12px radius softens containers without losing athletic sharpness. Fast motion speed matches the high-energy fitness brand personality.
Premium fitness app landing pages with bold membership CTAs. Cycling and spin class booking platforms with session grids. Athletic wear ecommerce storefronts with product hero shots. Personal training SaaS dashboards with workout tracking.
Your brand is colorful and playful. The monochrome black-on-white palette has zero color personality. You need warm trust signals for wellness or self-care. The stark contrast reads as performance not comfort. Your product has dense data tables. Body weight 300 at 14px base is too light for scanning numbers.
One accent to break the silence.
White background with the faintest gray surface (#F7F7F7). The near-black accent (#181A1D) doubles as the text color. This is effectively a two-color system: white and black. No accent color in the traditional sense. The brand IS black. That's a power move.
The subtle surface opacity (0.25) means surface elements are barely distinguishable from the background. Hierarchy comes from text weight and spacing, not from color contrast. This rewards careful, intentional design. There's nowhere to hide. Every element earns its presence through proportion alone.
Luxury by subtraction.
Cadence's monochrome system and featherlight body weight create the exact feeling of a product that costs more because more care went into designing less.
Turn your ideas into polished interfaces without burning weeks on design decisions.
Paired with Geist.
Inter at 600 for headings. Semibold. Confident. Not screaming, but commanding. The slight negative tracking (-0.2px) tightens headlines just enough to feel considered. Body text drops to 300 weight, which is unusually light. That extreme weight contrast (600 heading, 300 body) creates a hierarchy that feels fashion-forward. The thin body text reads as premium. Like fine print on a high-end product label.
The 14px base font is small by modern standards. Combined with light weight, it creates reading experiences that feel exclusive rather than accessible. This is intentional. Cadence isn't trying to be for everyone. It's trying to be for people who care.
Hierarchy through restraint.
Cadence's near-invisible surface hierarchy and light body weight make every piece of content feel deliberately selected, not algorithmically filled.
Responsibly sourced merino. Soft enough for all-day wear, structured enough for anywhere you go.
Cadence's physical language.
Twelve-pixel radius on containers. Moderate and refined. The 2px on small elements is nearly square. That restraint signals precision and control. No bubbly corners. No playful shapes. Everything is measured, considered, and placed with intention. The 24px on large panels adds just enough softness to prevent the system from feeling industrial.
The weight is the experience.
Cadence's grain texture and invisible surfaces scale to mobile preserving the understated luxury that makes a fitness product feel like a luxury object.
Production-ready tokens for every project.
Cadence's invisible layer.
No shadows at all. No depth effects. This is flat design at its most extreme. Elements exist through typography, spacing, and the thin 1px border treatment. Fast motion speed and lift on hover add a responsive snap to interactions. Quick, precise, athletic. The surfaceNoise is subtle but present, adding a fine grain texture that prevents the white from feeling dead. Premium surfaces have texture. Cadence knows this.
111 design decisions that all agree with each other. Made for you to use in an instant.

Shipwreck turns your git push into a production deploy in 11 seconds. Zero config, infinite scale, and an interface that doesn’t look like a spreadsheet.
Trusted by teams at
Link your GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket in two clicks. We scan your tech stack instantly.
Our high-speed runners build your app in isolated containers. No cold starts, just speed.
Your app is pushed to 300+ edge locations globally. Sub-10ms latency for every user.
A dashboard built for developers who hate dashboards. No fluff, just the metrics that matter for your application health.
Shipwreck is the first platform that actually stays out of my way. It feels like I’m writing code directly to the browser.
The speed is actually offensive. I push a commit and before I can switch tabs, the preview link is already in Slack.
We migrated 400 microservices in a weekend. Our dev team might actually like me now. Highly recommended.
Start for free, grow until you’re a unicorn.
Absolutely not. We run our own bare-metal orchestration layer built specifically for high-frequency deployments. While we leverage cloud partners for edge nodes, the core engine is pure Shipwreck engineering.
11-second deploys. Automatic rollbacks. Zero YAML. Start free, no credit card.
