Soft pink consumer beauty with millennial warmth
Minimalist beauty brands that proved restraint was a more powerful luxury signal than ornamentation. #A19700 muted gold that whispers rather than shouts, an anti-metallic alternative to the usual luxury palette. Inter at 400 weight as the typographic equivalent of no-makeup makeup. Compact density with relaxed motion that creates the browsing pace of a Sunday afternoon boutique.
#A19700 muted gold accent on white creates a soft luxury signal without the harshness of bright metallics. Inter at 400 weight keeps everything gentle and un-aggressive. The typography fades behind the product. Compact density with 17px radius creates tight, soft containers that feel boutique. Relaxed motion speed with darken hover creates a browsing pace that matches window-shopping. #fff9a2 warm yellow accent-soft tints highlights with golden warmth.
Beauty and skincare DTC brands with minimalist product photography. Millennial-targeted consumer subscription services. Personal care product pages where softness is the brand promise. Wellness influencer platforms with clean content feeds.
Your brand is bold and energetic. Inter at 400 weight with muted gold is the quietest possible color choice. You need strong call-to-action buttons. The muted gold accent lacks the contrast to drive urgent clicks. Your product targets men or gender-neutral audiences. The soft pink and gold palette carries strong feminine coding.
One gold to break the silence.
White background. The accent (#A19700) is a muted olive-gold. Not shiny gold. Not trendy yellow. A sophisticated, almost vintage gold that reads as "curated" rather than "luxury." It's the Glossier trick. Luxury through restraint, not through excess.
The soft accent variant (#FFF9A2) is a pale yellow that appears in subtle hover states and backgrounds. Like a wash of morning light on a white counter. The muted text (#666666) is medium gray. Present but passive. The text color is pure black for maximum contrast on product names and prices. Every product detail is crystal clear.
And it shows.
Blush turns consumer product discovery into a visual experience that makes buying feel inevitable, not impulsive.
Paired with Geist.
Inter at 400 for everything. Regular weight across the board. In a beauty ecommerce context, that restraint is strategic. Heavy fonts would compete with product imagery. Light fonts would feel insubstantial. Regular weight is the Goldilocks zone where type serves the product, not itself.
The 14px base size with 1.4 line height creates compact text blocks. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, price points. Everything needs to be readable but efficient. This is a shopping interface, not a reading experience. Text informs decisions. It doesn't tell stories. The compact density and tight paragraph spacing (4px) pack information tight. More products visible per scroll.
With Blush, it doesn't.
Blush's editorial warmth makes product content feel intimate and considered, like advice from a friend with great taste.
Design tokens that give your product a point of view. Not just colors and fonts. Personality.
Blush's physical language.
Seventeen-pixel radius. An unusual, specific number. Not 16 (standard). Not 20 (friendly). Seventeen. It gives containers a slightly organic feel. Like they weren't snapped to a grid. They were placed by hand. The 2px small radius means badges and tags are nearly square. That contrast between soft cards and sharp details adds visual texture. Borders at 1px in light gray (#DCDCDC) whisper the structure.
Blush was made for this.
On mobile, Blush's warm editorial aesthetic reaches its full potential, soft, shoppable, and built for how people actually discover beauty.
Blush's invisible layer.
No shadows. Blush is flat and photographic. Like a product shot on a white seamless background. There's no depth because depth would distract from the products. The darken hover effect is the subtlest possible interaction. Elements shift slightly darker when you hover them. No lifts. No glows. No bounce. The relaxed motion speed means everything moves slowly. Like browsing. Like shopping. At 0.97 active scale, clicks feel gentle. The whole system encourages slow, contemplative interaction. Browse, consider, add to cart.
111 design decisions that all agree with each other. Made for you to use in an instant.

A dashboard built for developers who hate dashboards. No fluff, just the metrics that matter for your application health.
Shipwreck is the first platform that actually stays out of my way. It feels like I’m writing code directly to the browser.
The speed is actually offensive. I push a commit and before I can switch tabs, the preview link is already in Slack.
We migrated 400 microservices in a weekend. Our dev team might actually like me now. Highly recommended.

Absolutely not. We run our own bare-metal orchestration layer built specifically for high-frequency deployments. While we leverage cloud partners for edge nodes, the core engine is pure Shipwreck engineering.
