#F3F0E9 parchment is immediately connected to reading, learning, and paper. Orange surface cards bring energy without aggression on a warm neutral base. #66BECB teal creates calm and trust against the warm tones — a cooling third temperature. 40px pill radius makes every element feel approachable and instinctively safe. DM Serif Display brings editorial credibility to a community-forward system.

One teal to break the silence.
Three temperatures in one system. The warm parchment background is the starting temperature: neutral-warm, like paper that has been sitting in the sun. Orange surfaces are the energy layer — cards and content containers that carry the brand's enthusiasm into every interaction. Teal accent is the cooling agent. The primary action color that creates calm and trust against all that warmth.
The key insight is that warmth is not a monolith. These three temperatures feel coherent because they are in conversation with each other. None of them is cold. All of them are distinct.

DM Serif Display at weight 500 brings editorial authority to a community-forward system. This is the font of quality publications. It carries gravitas without formality. On a warm parchment background, it reads as a printed page rather than a screen.
Open Sans at 400 is the workhorse. The most readable, most accessible sans-serif in the Google catalog, and here it does exactly that job. Nothing fancy. Everything legible. The combination of editorial serif headings and accessible sans body creates a system that is both credible and approachable.

Biscuit's physical language.
Forty pixels is a serious pill commitment. At this radius, a standard card becomes something rounded, something approachable, something that a child would instinctively trust. The 100px maximum creates the full pill shape that shows up in the brand's CTAs. Sharp 4px reserved for small utility elements that need to indicate function, not feeling.

No shadows were detected, which means the depth in this system is entirely coloristic. Orange cards on parchment background create vertical layers of warmth. The teal accent floats above as the action layer. Everything is flat in the technical sense and rich in the visual sense. Flat does not mean empty.
